- Passport valid for 6 months past your arrival date. 12-page U.S. emergency passports are not accepted. Passports with the “X” gender marker are not accepted.
- Passport Pages, one page required for entry stamp.
- No fee visitor visa upon arrival.
- All payments are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERRABLE.
- It is essential that you advise us before booking if you do have any disability or pre -existing medical condition which may affect your tour, or if you have any special requirements as a result of any disability or medical condition (including any which affect the booking process) so that we can assist you in considering the suitability of the arrangements and/or in making the booking.
- The price of your itinerary will be based on known costs at the date of issue of the itinerary. All prices we advertise are accurate at the date published, but we reserve the right to change any of those prices from time to time.
- Payment plans are available and are determined based on receipt of deposit and travel dates.
- Once deposit is received, travelers have the option to enter into a monthly payment plan or pay the remaining balance in one payment.
- Travelers entering into payment plans will be invoiced monthly.
- All payments are NON-REFUNDABLE.
- Payments are automatically deducted using original payment method on the third Friday of the month.
- If you are in need of a roommate for your trip. Select one of our "double-occupancy" packages and answer the question, "Do you have a roommate?" with "No - I would like to be matched".
- Roommate matching occurs after 75% of the cost of the package is paid.
- Traveling abroad requires a passport valid for six months beyond your travel dates. Your passport should not expire before April 6, 2025.
