Missing a trip and/or losing your money you paid for your trip can be heartbreaking. Payment Plans
  • Payment plans are available and are determined based on receipt of deposit and travel dates. 
  • Once deposit is received, travelers have the option to enter into a monthly payment plan or pay the remaining balance in one payment.
  • Travelers entering into payment plans will be invoiced monthly. 
  • Travelers agree to make monthly payments.  Missing two payments will result in your registration being canceled.
  • All payments are NON-REFUNDABLE.
  • Payments are automatically deducted based on the payment schedule displayed at checkout.
Roommate Matching
  • If you are in need of a roommate for your trip. Select one of our "double-occupancy" packages and answer the question, "Do you have a roommate?" with "No - I would like to be matched". 
  • Roommate matching occurs after 75% of the cost of the package is paid.
Travel Requirements
  • Traveling abroad requires a passport valid for six months beyond your travel dates. Your passport should not expire before July 3, 2025.
