This retreat is 5 days / 4 nights in Ocho Rios, giving you plenty of time to relax, explore Jamaica’s natural beauty, and enjoy BTI’s curated activities.
Do I need a visa to travel to Jamaica?
U.S. citizens traveling to Jamaica for tourism do not need a visa for stays under 90 days. You will need a valid passport with at least six months of validity beyond your travel dates.

When will I receive my final Bali itinerary?
You’ll receive your complete Bali travel itinerary—featuring daily highlights, spa scheduling, temple visits, and ceremony details—30 to 60 days before the trip begins. You’ll also be invited to two virtual sessions to meet your group, review plans, and build excitement together.
What should I pack for the trip?
We recommend light, breathable clothing for Jamaica’s tropical climate, swimwear, comfortable walking shoes for excursions, a journal for reflection, and at least one chic outfit for our Glow Welcome Celebration. A full packing list will be provided after booking.
Can I come solo?
Absolutely! Many of our travelers join us solo and leave with lifelong friends. BTI’s welcoming community ensures you’ll feel at home from the moment you arrive.
How large is the group?
We keep our groups intimate and intentional, typically between 10–20 travelers, so you can truly connect and enjoy a high-touch experience.
What is Club Mobay and why is it special?
Club Mobay is Jamaica’s VIP airport service in Montego Bay. It includes expedited immigration and security, plus access to a private lounge with complimentary snacks and drinks. It makes your arrival and departure stress-free and luxurious—because your glow starts the moment you land.
What is the BTI Membership and how does it benefit me?
Our BTI Membership is just $49 per year and automatically renews annually unless we receive written cancellation notice.
