Travel Insurance

Roommate Matching
  • If you are in need of a roommate for your trip. Select one of our "double-occupancy" packages and answer the question, "Do you have a roommate?" with "No - I would like to be matched". 
  • Roommate matching occurs after 75% of the cost of the package is paid.
Travel Requirements
  • Traveling abroad requires a passport valid for six months beyond your travel dates. Your passport should not expire before April 13, 2024.

  • What is the activity level of the event?

    This trip is moderately active.  There will be walking tours in both London & Paris.


    The tours will cover much ground in both London & Paris.

  • Are airport transfers included?

    No, transfers from London airport (LHR) and CDG are not included.  We can provide you with a company to arrange your transfers.


  • Are flight included?

    Flights to/from your home country are not included.


    You must purchase your flight on your own account.


    Your transfer from London to Paris is included in your package.

  • What is the arrival airport?

    Arrival: Heathrow International Airport (LHR)



  • What is the departure airport?

    Paris-Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG)


  • What is the difference between Single and Double Occupancy?

    Single Occupancy is one person in a room.  Bed size ranges from Double size to King size bed based on hotel and country.


    Double Occupancy is two persons haring a room.  There are two beds wich is usually twin size.


    Couple Occupancy is two persons sharing a room and one bed.  Bed size is usually Queen or King.


    Note: Bed sizes vary per hotel and visiting country.

  • Should I purchase travel insurance?

    Yes, you should purchase medical travel insurance to protect your health in case of an emergency.


    In addition, you should purchase "cancel for any reason" travel insurance to protect your investment.


    "Cancel for any reason" travel insurance protects you if you wish to cancel the trip for any reason covered under the policy.

  • How is the weather in London & Paris?

    The weather in Paris is unpredictable.  We advise everyone to bring a light sweater or covering.  In addition, protection from both the sun and rain is suggested.

  • What are the entry requirements?

    Begininng in late 2026, ETIAS is required to enter into London.  This can be obtained online.


    Until then you must obtain an ETA authorization is required for entry into London.
