Itinerary
Itinerary
Day 1
Akwaaba
Arrive in Accra. We will check into our host hotel and later meet for our Welcome Dinner.
Meals: Dinner
Day 2
Arts Center
Today, we will visit the Arts Center to do some shopping before the festival. Later we will enjoy the sights and sounds around the city.
Meals: Breakfast, Lunch
Day 3
City Tour
Today, we will tour the city of Accra, visiting sites such as Osu Castle, Independence Square, Dubois Center, and Kwame Nkrumah. Later we will enjoy the sights and sound, and culture of the Festivities.

Day 4
Naming Ceremony
After breakfast, we will start the day with a naming ceremony amidst drumming and dancing, where participants will be given traditional names. Participate in a Royal photoshoot. After lunch, we spend the rest of the afternoon at a beachfront resort.

Day 5
NYE Celebration
Today we set out for the Central Region. We will visit the Slave Castles. Later we return to our hotel. We will meet later for dinner and to enjoy the NYE Celebration.

Free Day
Today is yours to enjoy and relax or to plan some option excursions.

Day 7
Aburi Gardens
Today we will visit Aburi Gardens. Later we will meet for our final dinner in Accra.

Day 8
Depart
Today, after a late checkout. We will transfer to the airport to board our flights home.

PRICING
Prices are quoted based on the exchange rate of January 22, 2023. If the US dollar devalues 2% or more, all prices will be adjusted.

Additional Trip Information
- Double Occupancy will consist of 2 twin beds or one Queen bed share for couples.
- Single Occupancy will consist of one Queen size bed.
- Daily Breakfast, consists of continental or buffet style options
- Lunches, consists of one entree from a select menu or buffet style options with a non-alcoholic beverage.
- Dinners, consists of one entree from a select menu or buffet style options with a non-alcoholic beverage.
- All trips are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERRABLE.
- It is essential that you advise us before booking if you do have any disability or pre -existing medical condition which may affect your tour, or if you have any special requirements as a result of any disability or medical condition (including any which affect the booking process) so that we can assist you in considering the suitability of the arrangements and/or in making the booking.
- The price of your itinerary will be based on known costs at the date of issue of the itinerary. All prices we advertise are accurate at the date published, but we reserve the right to change any of those prices from time to time.
- Payment plans are available and are determined based on receipt of deposit and travel dates.
- Once deposit is received, travelers have the option to enter into a monthly payment plan or pay the remaining balance in one payment.
- Travelers entering into payment plans will be invoiced monthly.
- All payments are NON-REFUNDABLE.
- Payments are automatically deducted using original payment method on the third Friday of the month.
- If you are in need of a roommate for your trip. Select one of our "double-occupancy" packages and answer the question, "Do you have a roommate?" with "No - I would like to be matched".
- Roommate matching occurs after 75% of the cost of the package is paid.
- Traveling abroad requires a passport valid for six months beyond your travel dates. Your passport should not expire before July 3, 2024.
