What airport should I fly into?
Please book your flights into and out of Orlando International Airport (MCO). This is the closest major airport to the Orlando World Center Marriott Resort and provides the most convenient access to the hotel.
Is airfare included?
No. Airfare is not included. Travelers are responsible for booking their own flights to and from Orlando.
Are airport transfers included?
No. Airport transfers are not included with this experience. Travelers are responsible for arranging their own transportation between Orlando International Airport (MCO) and the hotel.
Popular transportation options include rideshare services (Uber/Lyft), taxis, rental cars, and shuttle services.
What time is hotel check-in?
Hotel check-in begins at 3:00 PM.
If you arrive before check-in, you may store your luggage with the hotel while you explore the resort or nearby attractions.

Our BTI Welcome Event begins promptly at 7:00 PM on October 6, 2027.
We encourage all travelers to arrive in Orlando early enough to check in, freshen up, and join us for this special evening as we kick off the weekend together

Can I travel alone?
Absolutely.
Many of our guests travel solo, and BTI is known for creating welcoming, inclusive experiences where lifelong friendships are formed.
Is travel insurance recommended?
Yes. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to help protect your investment in the event of unforeseen circumstances before or during your trip.
What should I wear?
This experience is casual resort chic.
We recommend packing:

Will there be a host?
Yes. A BTI host will accompany the group throughout the experience to ensure a seamless and enjoyable weekend.
Is this trip suitable for first-time BTI travelers?
Absolutely.
Whether this is your first BTI experience or your tenth, you'll enjoy a welcoming atmosphere, thoughtfully planned experiences, and opportunities to connect with fellow travelers who share a love for food, travel, and community.
Additional Trip Information
- Your U.S. passport must be valid for at least 6 months from your return date from Indonesia.
- You’ll need at least two blank passport pages for the arrival and departure stamps.
- U.S. citizens are eligible for a Visa on Arrival (VOA) for tourism purposes.
- You must have a return ticket or onward ticket showing you will depart Indonesia before your visa expires.
- Payment plans are based on the date you registered, and the payment plan selected.
- All payments will be automatically deducted from the account that you have on file.
