Your adventure begins in Cairo, where you’ll visit the legendary Pyramids, the Sphinx, and the world-renowned Egyptian Museum. From there we embark on a multi-day luxury Nile River cruise. You’ll travel to Aswan, where you’ll connect with the warmth and beauty of Nubian culture, visit Philae Temple, and soak in the stunning landscapes of southern Egypt. Next, we travel to Luxor and along the way, you’ll explore the West Bank — including the Valley of the Kings and Queen Hatshepsut’s Temple — and the East Bank, home to the magnificent Karnak and Luxor Temples.

Itinerary
Day 1- Arrival
Upon arrival in Cairo, our representative will be waiting for you inside the Cairo Airport. Once you leave the plane, descend the escalator, our representative will be waiting with a sign reading “Black Travelers International”. Once you obtain your Visa, you will go through customs, collect your luggage, and be transferred to our host hotel.
Day 2 - Cairo Tour
After breakfast, start the day with a visit to the Pyramids and Sphinx. We will begin the day early with a visit to the Pyramids where you can enjoy camel and carriage rides . Afterwards, we will visit the Sphinx . We will stop and enjoy some shopping before having lunch. After lunch at a local restaurant, we will visit the Egyptian Museum . The remainder of the evening is yours to enjoy at leisure.
Option: There is an option to go inside the Pyramids. This option must be purchased on-site.
Option: Camel and Carriage rides are both available at the Pyramids for an additional charge per person each for a 1 ⁄ 2 hour.

Day 3- Free Day
Today is yours to enjoy as you wish in Cairo. You can enjoy the spa or other optional excursions. Have a Flying Dress Photoshoot or relax at the pool at the hotel. Some optional excursions could include a day trip to Alexandria, viewing more of the monuments in Cairo, or many others.

Day 4- Travel to Aswan
We have an early check out this morning. We will pack our bags and transfer to the airport to board our flight to Aswan. Upon arriving in Aswan, we will tour the check into our Nile river cruise. We will tour Temple of Philae and the unfinished Obelisk before returning to the ship for the evening.
Meals : Breakfast Box - A typical breakfast box consists of assorted breads, yogurt, and fruit. Coffee is also available), Lunch, Dinner
Day 5- Kom Ombo & Edfu
Breakfast will be served on board your ship. Today we will tour
the Temple of Kom Ombo and the Temple of Horus. Afternoon, you will enjoy relaxing on board your ship. Dinner will be served on board.
At night, enjoy an Egyptian Folkloric Show party.

Day 6- Luxor West Bank
Valley of the Kings, Temple of Queen Hatshepsut will be toured on this day.
Optional: Sunrise Hot air balloon ride can be enjoyed in the morning.

Day 7- Luxor East Bank
Checkout after breakfast. This morning, we will tour the East Bank of Luxor, tours will include sites such as Karnak Temple and the Temple of Luxor.
Later we will check into Luxor International Airport (LXR) for our return flight to Cairo (CAI). Later you will check-in to your hotel in Cairo for the evening.
The next day you will be transferred to the airport for your flight home. Depart on May 11 from Cairo (CAI).
For those continuing to Hurghada, we will transfer to Hurghada in time to check-in and have dinner at the resort.

Hurghada Extension
Day 8- Safari ATV
This morning is yours to enjoy at the resort. After lunch, we will enjoy a safari experience in the desert by quad bike on this exciting tour from Hurghada. After about an hour you will reach your destination: a Bedouin village. Here you will enjoy a pleasant barbecue evening in the open air and marvel at the outstanding views of the sunset. You will also watch a traditional show and check out the fire-eaters, Tanura dancers, and belly dancers before heading back to the resort.

Day 9- Red Sea
We will spend a day on the glimmering waters and golden sands of the Red Sea . We will take a boat ride to Orange Bay where we can relax at the resort. Later we will head back to the boat to participate in fun water activities like snorkeling and a banana boat ride.

Day 10- Free
Today is yours to enjoy freely as you wish at the resort. Enjoy some of the resort activities, visit the spa, or just simply relax by the pool.
Later we will meet for our last dinner in Hurghada.

Day 11- Return to Cairo
Today we transfer to Hurghada International Airport (HRG) for our return to Cairo (CAI). Upon arrival, we will check into our hotel for the evening.

Today we will say our goodbyes and pack our bags for our return to our home country.

Is a Visa or passport required for Egypt?
Yes, a visa is required for US Citizens. US citizens can obtain a Visa on Arrival for $25 USD cash.

May 11 - for those that will only be participating in the Cairo, Luxor, and Aswan portion.

How will I commute from the airport?
Arrival and departure transfers are included in your package provided that you provide your flight details within 21 days of the trip start date.
What are the available occupancy types?
We have both Single and Double occupancy room types available.
Double Occupancy is when two people share a room. The room will have two beds, typically twin sizes or one bed for a couple which will typically be a Queen size bed.
Single Occupancy is when there is one person in the room. The room will consist of a Full or Queen size bed.
How does your roommate matching work?
We can assist with roommate matching for individuals that choose double occupancy and don’t have a roommate. We also advise you to use our Facebook Group to post your search for a roommate.
Note: If you are not able to find a roommate match you will have to upgrade to Single Occupancy.
What are the available payment options?
Available payment options can be viewed and selected at checkout from the booking page. Here you will also find the final payment due date.
Are the trips co-ed? What is the average age of the participants on the trip?
Some of our trips are co-ed and the age range can vary between 35+ to 65+. Our trips are enjoyable for all and you will have free time and time to take in some optional
excursions.
What is the typical group size?
We specialize in small group travel and our tours typically have less than 25 people
Is the trip refundable?
All of our trips are non-transferable and non-refundable. Our terms and conditions provides detailed info on our policies.
What insurance coverage is necessary?
We advise all of our participants to purchase travel insurance, specifically “cancel forany reason” travel insurance. “Cancel for any Reason” travel insurance
will allow you to submit a claim with your insurance provider that can protect your investment in this trip. Links to travel insurance vendors are listed below. A google search can also deliver some travel insurance providers.
When are finalized itineraries delivered?
Finalized itineraries are delivered 30 days before the start of a trip.
How do you help prepare the group for the trip?
We send out a series of emails with detailed information to assist each traveler. We ask that all travelers stay up-to-date on emails. We also conduct at least two zoom calls to answer any questions and view the itinerary. The zoom links will be announced and delivered via email.
