By purchasing a Private Group Quote from Black Travelers International (BTI), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Non-Refundable Planning Fee

A $150 non-refundable fee is required to initiate your private group quote. This fee covers research, supplier outreach, itinerary design, and administrative planning services.

2. Fee Application to Booking

If you choose to move forward and confirm your group trip with Black Travelers International, the $150 planning fee will be applied as a credit toward your final booking cost. This credit is non-transferable and may only be applied to the group trip for which the quote was created.

3. No Obligation to Book

Payment of the planning fee does not obligate you to book the trip. However, if you decide not to proceed, the planning fee remains non-refundable and will not be issued as a credit for future services.

4. Scope of Quote

The private group quote includes:

• Custom itinerary development based on information provided
• Estimated pricing from travel suppliers (subject to availability)
• General trip structure and inclusions

Quotes are estimates and may change due to availability, supplier pricing, currency fluctuations, or changes in group size.

5. Validity of Quote

All quotes are valid for a limited time, as specified in your proposal. Pricing and availability are not guaranteed until a deposit is received and confirmed with suppliers.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely responses, and any required documentation. Delays in communication may impact pricing or availability.

7. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting payment for the Private Group Quote, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.
