Day 1- Arrival
Welcome to NAPA! Welcome to the city renowned for its world-class wineries and scenic vineyards. We will begin our journey with a 3 course Welcome Dinner where each dish whispers the diverse and rich flavors of the region.
Our Sommelier will walk us through our wine pairings glass by glass.

Day 2 -Wine Tour
Today, we will ride through Napa Valley in style on a replica trolley. We will enjoy a guided tour of three top-rated wineries where we will enjoy wine tastings and behind the scenes tours to learn more about the winemaking process.
Later we will stop for lunch before returning to our meeting point.

Day 3 - Wine Train (Optional)
The Napa Valley Train Ride offers a unique, scenic experience through the heart of California's wine country.
Enjoy a leisurely journey aboard a vintage train. The train ride provides a relaxing, picturesque experience with breathtaking views of vineyards and rolling hills, making it a memorable adventure for food and wine lovers.

Day 4 - Free Day
Today is yours to enjoy on your own. You have an opportunity to enjoy some shopping, cycling, hot air balloon ride, or any activity that you wish to experience.

Our retreat is intentionally intimate, with small groups of 20 or fewer Black women travelers. This ensures meaningful connection, personalized service, and shared moments that feel both luxurious and sisterly.
When will I receive the final itinerary for my Napa Valley trip?
You’ll receive your complete Napa Valley itinerary—including tasting venues, Wine Train scheduling, and details for the welcome dinner—30 to 60 days before your trip. We’ll also host two virtual meet-ups beforehand to build excitement and answer any questions.
