Itinerary
Itinerary
Day 1
Arrival
Arrive in Senegal. We will transfer you to your hotel where you can enjoy the remainder of the day at leisure.
Day 2
Tour of Senegal
Today we will begin the day with a tour of Dakar. Visit significant cultural monuments such as the Black Civilization Museum, the African Renaissance Monument, and others. Later we will meet for our Welcome Dinner.

Day 3
Goree Island
After breakfast, we will take a short ferry ride to the island. At
Gorée Island we will open a chapter of the history of mankind with the visit of THE SLAVES HOUSE and its famous "DOOR OF NO RETURN". Lunch will be on the island. Later we will return to our hotel where you will enjoy the remainder of the day at leisure.

Day 4
Game Drive
We will visit the Bandia Wildlife Reserve where we will have a safari experience and see animals—such as buffaloes, impalas, gazelles, warthogs, and vervet monkeys in their natural habitat.

Day 5
Fathala Reserve
Today you will have a once in a lifetime chance to walk with the lions. You may even get a chance to feed a baby cub.

Day 6
Free Day
We will enjoy a day of leisure in the city.

Depart
Today we will pack our belongings and transfer to the airport to board our flight home.

Note: This is an active tour that requires walking in sand and on uneven platforms. We may be in some rural areas with limited access to restrooms and convenience stores. There will also be one to two days that require long drives.
*All itineraries are finalized 30 to 60 days before start of tour.

In the event of possible safety concerns, we also reserve the right to alter or postpone tours.
PRICING
Prices are quoted based on the exchange rate of June 22, 2023. If the US dollar devalues 2% or more, all prices will be adjusted.

Additional Trip Information
- All trips are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERRABLE.
- It is essential that you advise us before booking if you do have any disability or pre -existing medical condition which may affect your tour, or if you have any special requirements as a result of any disability or medical condition (including any which affect the booking process) so that we can assist you in considering the suitability of the arrangements and/or in making the booking.
- The price of your itinerary will be based on known costs at the date of issue of the itinerary. All prices we advertise are accurate at the date published, but we reserve the right to change any of those prices from time to time.
- Payment plans are available and are determined based on receipt of deposit and travel dates.
- Once deposit is received, travelers have the option to enter into a monthly payment plan or pay the remaining balance in one payment.
- Travelers entering into payment plans will be invoiced monthly.
- All payments are NON-REFUNDABLE.
- Payments are automatically deducted using original payment method on the third Friday of the month.
- If you are in need of a roommate for your trip. Select one of our "double-occupancy" packages and answer the question, "Do you have a roommate?" with "No - I would like to be matched".
- Roommate matching occurs after 75% of the cost of the package is paid.
- Traveling abroad requires a passport valid for six months beyond your travel dates. Your passport should not expire before May 12, 2025.
