2026 Roots & Radiance Ghana: A Cultural Journey with BTI

Black Travelers International (BTI) hosted its 2026 Roots & Radiance in Ghana tour, bringing travelers together for an immersive journey across West African countries. The group explored Accra, Kumasi, Elmina, and Cape Coast through culture, history, heritage, local traditions, cuisine, and community, creating opportunities to experience the region beyond traditional sightseeing. From Ghana’s vibrant culture and historical landmarks to the traditions and ancestral connections found throughout Togo and Benin, the journey offered a meaningful exploration of West Africa and the African Diaspora.
